Man Made Catastrophes
Exhibition design for MS Wissenschaft translating the effects of overpopulation.
The concept allows the visitor to literally take a look at the very complex issue of world overpopulation via two different
perspectives. For the first perspective the visitor moves through an art gallery in which there are four large exhibits.
These exhibits are abstract, sculptural and speak directly to the imagination. The visitor then moves upstairs to look down
upon the same exhibits through glass. Here, from a second perspective, the visitor can decode and understand the
exhibits with the help of iPad-controlled cameras mounted above each one. Four screens will then display precisely what each camera sees.
